I simply pointed out your unfairness towards Bentonasia by dragging a private message in to the public forum and threatening her, and then sought clarification of your purpose here. I did not once state that I did not believe your story. In fact, I stated that I sympathized with your plight.

I know the child support would have been an issue but is there a reason why you didn't divorce him before?

Response #1: Based on your question, you sound unfamiliar with the law regarding the filing a case/complaint in court in New York State.
For a court to hear a case, there are two things that the court must see:
1) A legal reason for the case/complaint (subject matter jurisdiction);
2) The legal right to tell the defendant to appear in court (personal jurisdiction).
In order for the court to exercise personal jurisdiction, New York State civil law requires the plaintiff (the person who is complaining) to give the defendant (the person who has to answer) the court papers (summons and complaint). The court papers can be given at the defendant's present address (home or job) or his/her last known address.
If the defendant lives in another country, the person has to get the papers according to The Hague Conference or according to arrangements that are agreed upon between the foreign country and the United States.
Surprisingly, Nigerian law is quite similar (http://www.nigeria-law.org).
When Ehigie married me, he was living at 249 Hopkinson Avenue, Apt. 14F in Brooklyn, New York. Like most brides-to-be, I was living with my parents. When Ehigie married me, he told me that he was going to Nigeria and that when he came back, he would fetch me.
When he came back from Nigeria, he did not fetch me. By then I did not know where he was living. His brothers John (Nosayaba), George, Andrew (Osadolar), Felix, Osayame, Wellington and John's wife Ethel would not tell me where he lived -- I came over their houses with our child but they still would not tell me.
I did not find an address to serve the divorce papers until last year, when he became senator. I found the address at the Nigerian Senate's website. The only reason I found it was because my husband's job address is public (National Assembly Complex, Three Arms Zone, P.M.B. 141, Abuja, Nigeria).
That is I why I didn't divorce him -- because I could not find him to give him the papers.
My dear, you sound Nigerian. I understand your concern for Senator Uzamere. I also understand that national pride can be deflated if an important person from your country is accused of a serious crime by a stranger from a foreign country. If a Nigerian were to accuse an American of a crime I would be suspicious also --- not because I believe the Nigerian was lying, but because I feel ashamed because someone from my country is being portrayed in a negative light.
Please believe that there are wicked people everywhere. Senator Uzamere's wickedness is not a stain on Nigeria. Senator Uzamere is responsible for his own actions, just as you and I are responsible for our own actions.

I understand how the OP feels, however because of her retaliation on here, or the manner of her speaking, in my opinion and maybe others, that some of the other stories may have truth into it.

She should file a petition to obtain proof of paternity; if paternity is proven, she should file a suit for back child support payments for her daughter from Senator Uzamere. Instead, she is suing the U. S. government for an incredible sum of money.
She has provided evidence of a marriage license (this is available on the internet). Is there proof that Uzamere's name is on the daughter's birth certificate? Is there proof that Uzamere actually received a Green Card from the US? It doesn't sound like he stayed around long enough to complete the process.
Some things just don't add up. If Uzamere turns out to be the daughter's father, then I believe the daughter is entitled to receive compensation from him.

The reason for suing the Government is because they have all the power to give you justice, yet they selectively prosecute based on political agenda and then go hide behind Governmental Immunity. You cannot sue the criminal, perpetrator for Greencard fraud not even within the context of State Laws. The state laws only allow you to evoke marital torts and state judges clearly are afraid to put a price tag on a greencard that was fraudulently acquired.
So who is the police who can give you justice, it is the Federal Government. If you complain them, they will take your complain and then throw it in the garbage. They will only act on it if they are dragged to the court where entire America can see what is happening.

This would be a good suggestion; however, it appears Ms. Udamere does not want any comments made to her posts.

First, knowledge. No one here has any knowledge of any act committed by anyone your alleging any crime against. Your assertion of said crime does not make it indictable. The members of this board are not on a grand jury. By attempting to do so deprives the accused of their rights under the 5th and 6th amendments for starters, due process etc.
The second word 'actual'. No one here knows if an actual crime was committed. Nor are we under any obligation to acquire such knowledge. That is the job of law enforcement.
