My name is Cheryl D. Uzamere. I am the real wife and victims of Nigerian Senator Ehigie Uzamere. 28 years ago, Senator Uzamere used the false name "Godwin" Uzamere to marry me. He then enlisted the legal services of immigration attorney Harvey Shapiro of the law firm of Allen E. Kaye to apply for permanent residence in the United States. I don't know how my husband was able to get his attorneys to change his fake name to his real name, but he was able to do it.
Immediately after I signed the I-130 relative sponsorship form, he left me. I was pregnant with our daughter Tara when he abandoned me. Our daughter is now 28 years old.
I have filed several complaints, including two federal lawsuits. In the last lawsuit, Judge Garaufis called me vexacious.
I am now going through a divorce with Senator Uzamere. In 2003 his divorce attorney, Jack Gladstein tried to trick me into divorcing my husband using his fake name, but I sent Mr. Gladstein two letters of complaint and finally, a letter to the Grievance Committee at 335 Adams Street in Brookyln. Needless to say, the Grievance Committee did not discipline Mr. Gladstein.
At this point it doesn't matter because Mr. Gladstein will not take my husband case.
What to do? I created a website that describes the horrible 28 years that I suffered with my husband. He never helped with child support. I was never able to find him because he used a fake name, fake social security number and a fake birthday. His immigration lawyers and the federal government have all but used me a toilet.

As I recall, the thread referred to immigration attorneys committing fraud. Based on the statements I mentioned above, one should be able to see that I suspect that my husband's attorneys were dishonest in their preparation of my husband's request for permanent legal residence.
While I made a paltry attempt to reply to the subject of the thread, you have the audacity, not only to attack my very relevant post, but to do it in a way that exposed your own hypocrisy with regard to not sticking to the subject of the thread.
Let me make a few things clear:
1) I am the victim. You are in no position to question me -- ever.
2) If you (or your "good" Nigerian fiance) attempts to discredit me, I will chew you up and spit you out. The only way my statements can be discredited is if Senator Uzamere hires an attorney to sue me for defamation of character, which he will never do because I am telling the truth.
3) As a victim of my husband's crimes, even if I decide to go off on a grief-stricken tangent because of all the crimes that Senator Uzamere committed against me and my daughter, I am sure that the moderators of this board will forgive me for this. If the moderators forgive my momentary lapse in judgment, who the hell are you question it???
4) Unless you have controlling financial stakes in the company that allows these posts, you are in a position unsuitable to give orders. I do not need your permission to post my thoughts. I have a right to grieve and this is my way to let off steam. If you are offended, ignore them. I will not tolerate your attacks.

Well I am not a victim hater...so you should not say that about me. I am very understanding and can appreciate anyones turmoil. We all go through bad things in life and if this lady would have asked me instead of assuming she would know.
It's also very off-topic and rude to drag something sent to you privately in to the public forum, as is threatening to chew someone up and spit them out. Hardly the words of a lady, and exceedingly unfair to Bentonasia since we're only able to see one side - yours.
While I sympathize with your plight, I'm uncertain what your purpose is on this forum. You seem to have a handle on everything, have your own website and YouTube site and are also using many other avenues in which to air your grievances. A quick Google search yields several comments and articles posted either by yourself or on your behalf. It would seem you aren't wanting any assistance at all, despite your question of "What to do?", but are simply seeking more exposure.

Cheryl, you are leaving yourself wide open to a defamation suit. Posting names, allegations, etc. Not too bright. Being this guy is a senator from a foreign country there is one tidbit of info left out. Right or wrong, he probably has diplomatic immunity to much of what is being alleged.
With the way you treated Bentonasia its no surprise you got the treatment you got from all concerned. And no wonder he is keeping his distance. Rude, crude, and socially unacceptable. Not even Iperson or Beverly were this condescending. This is one time I'm on the side of the immigrant.

Thank you in advance for taking time out of your busy schedule to read my fax.
I contacted your office to file a complaint against the individual(s) who use(s) the name(s) “Bentonasia”, “Aroha and “Davdah.” I believe that this/these individual(s) post(s) messages that are meant to alarm intimidate, expose the victim to intolerable cruelty and to eventually coerce/extort for force the green card marriage victim's silence to protect the perpetrator against whom the victim has posted a complaint.
I file this complaint on reliance on the spirit of Title 18 U.S.C. §4, which states: “Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both”, and based on my unqualified (but logical) presumption that intimidating a crime victim is itself a crime.
While each governmental agency may have responsibilities related to other issues, the reporting of a felony is something each agency is legally mandated to do, pursuant to the statute mentioned above. This is even more necessary considering the threat of terrorism and the fact that the subject(s) of this correspondence intimidate(s) individuals who are attempting to have the law enforced.
I believe that since your company would immediately remove anyone who posts comments meant to alarm victim of the Holocaust, your company is tacitly condoning the perpetrators' behavior by not using the same screening process to weed them out to protect victims of immigration fraud.
I recently joined the discussions of your company's website. As a victim of a green-card-marriage scam, I immediately found both comfort and a way in which to exercise my civic duty to obey the law regarding the misprision of felony regarding my husband, Senator Ehigie Edobor Uzamere. 28 years ago Senator Uzamere used an fictitious name to trick me into marrying him and then employed the services of corrupt attorneys Allen E. Kaye and Harvey Shapiro to help him parlay his fictitious name into the real name he used to enter into a second marriage without first divorcing me.
Immediately after uploaded my first post, I received a condemnatory post from “Bentonasia.” Almost immediately after I responded to “Bentonasia” I received an even nastier post from “Aroha.” While typing this correspondence I also received an even nastier post from “Davdah.”
By the time this is posted on your website, I will have already contacted the following organizations: the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the United States Department of State and various politicians in whose councilmatic, congressional and senatorial districts I reside (names mentioned below). Additionally, in the event I file a lawsuit for the intentional infliction of mental/emotional distress, extortion and other causes of action, I will subpoena your records so that I can include “Bentonasia”, “Aroha” and “Davdah” in my lawsuit.
Please check the profiles of “Bentonasia”, “Aroha” and “Davdah” to find out if they have engaged in this type of behavior with other green card marriage victims. If they are not already here, the United States government must ensure that foreigners like these who resort to illegally intimidating U.S. Citizens are rendered persona non grata and never allowed to enter our borders.
While the First Amendment guarantees freedom of speech, no one dares use that freedom to subject the victims of the Holocaust to even one word of condemnation or insult. As a victim of a horrendous serious of crimes, I demand that your company gives me the same respect. Victims of any type of felony crime should not be further victimized by individuals who do not respect the laws of the United States.
I strongly suggest that your company not comply with the perpetrators' attempts to stop me from reporting the terrible crimes that Senator Uzamere committed against me. I would view my removal as both retaliatory and as a violation of my First Amendment right to report a crime.

ILW.COM/American Immigration LLC allows the associates of green card marriage scammers to intimidate and coerce green card marriage victims who use its website to report the crimes.
As an attorney, you should understand that the law's goal is the true administration of justice. As justice would not allow anyone to use your site to sprout anti-Semitic or anti-Holocaust-dissemination propaganda because you have relatives who were victims of the Holocaust, you must not allow green card marriage scammers or their associates to intimidate or coerce victims of green card marriage fraud into silence.
I respectfully ask that you remove all such individuals from posting their comments on the part of the board where the victims are located. This leads to an emotionally explosive situation where we victims have already been victimized.
I do not wish to "lock horns" with you because I am not a lawyer, but I will take you to court if I have to and I will hold your company responsible for allowing me to be victimized. Also, please don't insult me with the silly axiom "I don't have to post here or come here." The same way that the U.S. public has to be made aware of the Holocaust, there are other forms of victimization of which the public must be made aware.

I might be added to this list, but I think this is a scam. My question is what does a Nigerian Senator need a marriage visa or permanent resident card when he will have diplomatic immunity as a legislative member of a foreign government?
