In the meantime, I called the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service's FOIA office to get the status of my FOIA request (http://www.thecrimesofsenatoruzamere.com/theproof.html).
While my FOIA request cannot be placed on Track 3, it can be processed a bit faster because I am only requesting the form I signed when I sponsored my husband.
How has everybody's day been? Did anybody pay an investigator to find out if I've been institutionalized? Of perhaps, you've used the internet to find out how many boyfriends I've had since Senator Uzamere abandoned me and married his 2nd wife. Hell, why not hire an investigator to find out what color my poo is. Finding out the color of my poo has as much relevance as finding out the number of boyfriends I've had since my husband abandoned me. I'm sure that Bentonasia won't tell you that it's off topic.
Of course, doing all that investigating would actually help me...because then I could tell the court (or relevant law enforcement agency) that the only reason that members of the cybermob started an internet search on me was to extort my silence and annoy me...both regarded as a sign of cyberbullying.
CYBERBULLYING IS ILLEGAL.
The easiest thing to do to verify my existence and the existence of my daughter would be to call me. My telephone number is -- just like it says on my website. Of course, since I have caller ID I would not answer you unless I could identity you on the phone, but I'm sure you're not hiding behind some telemask.
Calling to verify who I am is a very thing to do. Why don't you call me? You are not afraid of little ole me...are you?
Or you can use

http://www.intelius.com. You can use any one of those search engines to verify my identity.
Of course, I know that you are not going to do that because you are cowards who need the comfort of a cowardly cybermob. As a cybermob, you can make jokes about being institutionalized, about my boyfriends...about my make-believe daughter.
So I am going to sit quiet and allow each and everyone of you to stockpile a list of defamatory statements so that I can print them all and present proof to the court.
You want to keep making defamatory insults about me. Keep it going. But know this:
1) I DON'T SCARE EASILY. While your statements do hurt, they do not disable me. Notice that I am still here.
2) I am the innocent party -- not Senator Uzamere. He abandoned me while I was pregnant with his daughter -- and then remarried another woman with divorcing me.
3) The attorneys who help him are Allen E. Kaye and Harvey Shapiro.
Have your fun while it lasts, cyberbullies. The day will come when your identities will finally be revealed and you will have to explain your defamatory statements.
One more thing: Tell Bentonasia that is an investigation of her posts reveals that she has changed topics many times during the course of her stay on this board, she is hypocritical and bullyish by telling a new poster that she is someout out of place by being off-topic. I have seen the topics on this board change so many times, none of you should ever tell anyone that subject is off topic.
ILW.com has a copy of my letter. I am sure that within the next few days they will respond.
In the meantime, don't look for me to disappear from the board. It ain't happening any time soon.
