Does any one know what locations give interview and oath same day. I read in the rules that could happen. When I asked about this at the local USCIS, I told them because of my job I am gone for long periods at a time and I don't want to miss my date because I am out of the country working and dont get my mail. The USCIS agent told me to have the company put in writing about my work status. So, by that statement I imagined that it was possible. Any one had that happen?
It is not possible because they have to prepare your naturalization certificate after you pass your interview which takes time. I'd say about 4-8 weeks.
I am not racist. I am not anti-immigrant. I am AGAINST CRIMINALS, FRAUDSTERS, WHO DISOBEY THE LAW, BREAK THE LAW AND PERPETRATE THE FRAUD.
You may not like what I have to say but that does not mean I am wrong.

Actually if you look over at Britexpat and immigrate2us there are some people there who have had both in same day or the next. FL was one of them if I remember rightly.
