I had completed the Family F1 immigrant visa interview in Bangkok on 21 Dec 2004. The case has been put on hold for an administrative review (a "name check") ever since. Now it's already a month and I wonder how long it genereally take ?

--James, hold on to your hat... from my experince it could takes up to 2 yrs. i had a case that was pending from 199-2001 of which it eventually got denied. I hope your wok out.
