A friend of mine did an interview and the interviewer was pleased because it was a real marriage. He said that the doctor incharge of the medical aspect omitted the supplemental form and gave the RFE to submit. For how long does it take to attend to this rfe? Secondly, the marriage would be two years at the end of this month but he stamped CR6 pending on the passport. If they reply after the end of this month, would the status change to IR6? because it will be two years exactly at the end of the month.The interview was done at the end of August and the rfe was sent 10 days later.
