Just want to see if anyone can help me out.
My husband applied for his green card about 10 years ago, he has only received temporary working permits but never his permanent one, we just got married 9 months ago ( I am a U.S. Ciitzen) do we have to reapply all over again or just wait and see when he gets his permanent card? thanks.

Probably should file I-130, I-485 for a family based immigrant. 10 years? They probably lost the file.

How did your husband enter the usa..

with visa? or did he come and apply for asylum any information would help.

When he applied for his greencard 10 years ago.. was it based on marriage or what was the circumstance?

Answer those questions and then we can advise what is appropriate way to proceed.
