As you all know, am still waiting for an I-751 decision, and we are separated due to fault of USC.

Spouse is ready to attend interview if called.

Questions:

1.If am called, should I tell them we are separated?

2.Will documentation dwell on the status of the marriage at the time of the I-751 application or NOW?

Any ideas will be appreciated.

John, I really don't know the answers to your questions, but I'm sure I'll find out friday when I go for my interview. I'll be sure to post when I return from that dreadful drive to and from Charlotte. My appointment is 8:30 am.
