I would like to know if anyone can answer my question, can you tell me what would happen to American citizen if found allowing out of status partner to live with them?

"Harbouring an illegal immigrant" is the charge I think. Illegal person would most likely be deported, don't know the consequences for US citizen, but there would be some for sure.
