Actually, yes you can. If you run one edge of the tape under the gap between the base board and the carpet it works realy well and is fast to remove.

You voted democrat. This country is not worth sneaking into any more.

I was hoping to not to have to buy more tape.

The plan was to use the tape at the top of the molding and the edger to keep the carpet down.

Mainly because I apparently cannot tape in a straight line. Seriously. I've been using it on the ceiling and I genuinely **** at it.

The other hard part is that I'm painting the same color. So I don't see what I missed until the paint dries. Which is why I now have to repaint one wall. LOL

When taping the best way is to cut off a long strip and tack one end down. Keeping it taught align the other end to the ****hest edge. The middle portion should need little alignment as long as you keep it tight.

Tell me about it.

I ended up working until 2am yesterday, so that's put me another day behind.

And I'm knackered! Frown

Nuh-uh! No rest for him! I want to relax when I get there, not have to paint more. Having to paint more would just make me Mad

Still sorting the house, catching up with the barrage of friends and family that seem to think we'll never see them again (though some we probably won't, and frankly, that's not a bad thing. LOL).
