Hi Newdawn,

Welcome! What was the reason for denial? Does he have a good immigration attorney?

The denial letter states that he was no longer married to the USC.The only problem is that he ALREADY had an APPROVAL letter issued 3 years ago!

Newdawn

your post and responses make no sense the way they are being posted.

You will need to start with a timeline of events right up to the 485 adj of status interview. If the family based was based on marriage etc. divorce date, marriage date, previous marriage etc.

IF you dont have the information, bring the person forward to write the story. We cannot go on" he said she said " information to give you accurate answers.
