Hi, I am about to fill out the I-134 (Affidavit of support) application for my parents. I am an asylee since 2002. My question is: what should I put under the 1st question? There is no option for asylee, only for legal permanent resident. Thank you

That is because the only people that an asylee can bring to the US are listed under the instructions for I-730.

Thanks, but I think you got me wrong. I do not want to petition my parents, I just want to invite them over for the holidays. I want to send them the I-134 for that purpose. So should I just leave the 1st question on the I-134 blank? Or should I write in something specifying my status? I have an A-number, but I am no green card as of yet (my status is asylee).
Thanks
