I am marrying (real marriage) a person who is US Citizen, but I am out of status (I was on H-1 visa). Will my status will be adjusted without leaving the country after filling the marrige petion. OR
Do I have to leave the country to adjust my status. Please Help.

Be careful about leaving US after you overstayed your visa since they still can banned your either 3 to 10 years even when you try to apply from your own country.
