SteveZ, I want to officially extend a handshake to you. This last posting of yours is very significant. It is very important for everyone involved in this scam to know this. Filing a civil suit against the fraudster is very very necessary. File a civil suit against the fraudster, attach your complaint with other letters you have and forward them to the USCIS office.

This is exactly what I said earlier that I was not going to speak about because the fraudster and her attorney uses this site, but now I care less. Just last week, I filed my suit against one of her accomplice. The bottom line, every victim needs to file this suit and attach the copy to other documents you are forwarding to USCIS. Thanks for bringing this topic up.

I cannot speak for anyone else, but in my case, I expect inlaws in a 6 month visa to be compelled to return to their home country. In my case, they were given full citizenship by the governments lack of action, and if I physically through them out of my home, the judges would side with them.

Yes MakeItRight, United we stand, divided we fall. All we ask for is Justice. We should all help to educate others before they become victims. As for me, I will fight my battles till the end. When you wake a lion up from its den, what would you expect? Your answer is as good as mine. We should not give up hope, justice will prevail in the end.

I don't know where this came from, but not from the person I used to know. Really bad form, Houston. There are people who are hurting on this thread and for you to come on here and tell them it's too darn bad?????? Ugh.

But ProudUSC, that is the response we get from our government. In my case, (A fiance visa), we HAD to be married within 90 days of her arrival, or she had to go back. Her parents HAD to go home when their visas expired, etc. None of those were true. Some of us asked all of the right questions, and were "flat out" lied to by our own governmentm which is supposed to be, "of the people, by the people, and for the people", and our spouses who knew the American government was lying to us. .

I guess the same should be said about relatives dying without medical insurance? Oh well, too bad right? Don't come here crying for sympathy or universal health care. In typical liberal form. I only care about me and to hell with you. Nice showing.

Its not lies. Its simply laziness and a tolerance for fraud that causes many cases to fall below the bar. The problem with most of us Americans is we have too much faith in the justice system's will to seek justice. Lose the faith and you won't lose what your trying to protect. Justice isn't very honorable at times.

Yeah, I agree, tough luck. Same applies to the GOP being eradicated from all significance in public government, tough luck.

With or without healthcare, people die. With or without INA, people get abused.

Life's not fair, life's tough, and then we die. Big deal.

Marriage like all contracts requires a degree of trust. Enter it with your eyes wide open or else you could get trouble later on. Doesn't matter if it's USC to USC or USC to immigrant in that respect.

Laziness? Tolerance? How about factoring in the greatest culprit of all: incompetence? Luckily, things will change.

Incompetent. What? Our lofty judicial suffers ineptness? One man will fill the void? With what. New people with infallible character and perfect knowledge will descend on the bench and all will be perfect. Don't hold your breath, LOL.
