It has to do with what will happen to all your things once you die. Who gets what and all that. Make it easy. Everything goes to charity. Nothing for the relatives to fight over, LOL.

Davdah, I know what estate planning is. I was confuse how it could be anything different with regard to immigration.

I agree that charity is the best benefactor if those you've taken care of all your life end up being undeserving of any leftover wealth. Time will tell on my end. Wink
