I need help with my asylum Rebuttual submitted to INS. I was thinking to get help from my local state sanator office??? is it going to be any help? what specific help should I be asking my state sanator office to render in this situation? Also what is the approval rate for rebuttual?? well, I guess noone answered you. Email me your story and your base of PA case what you wrote and what kind of evidence you provided. State sanator will not help in your case they can only expidite the case processing. Are you persecuted? tortured? based on your political believe? Dod you apply under CAT?
