When you posted recently, there was some useful information given for you by some members, (Aneri's in particular), and some questions which were asked but you didn't come back to..
In case you missed it and can't find that thread you posted, here is the link to it:

Don't get too excited. The I-130 is the government's way of saying they agree you are who you say you are in reference to being related to the petitioner.
Since you're an over stay and your father is an LPR you will not be permitted to adjust status. The work permit will be given but will be voided out shortly there after.

Sprint has provided the link to where your questions were answered.
You still have not responded to a very important question that was asked of you..
Here it is again....
4. So, you dad became PR 3 years ago. How come you were not included in that petition?Instead of us guessing possible scenarios, it would help if you tell us your age.
The EAD is about 3 months to arrive. However, it doesn't grant any legal status what so ever.
When you try to get a job you still have to fill out an I-9. Citizen, LPR, or Alien authorized to work are the three options. None of which pertain to you. Why people file those things is beyond me. They are about worthless if you're already illegal.

alright here my case .. my sister in an American citizen . my sister filled for my mom and dad. that around 4 years ago , then after my dad got his PR , he filled for my younger sister and me. we are unmarried son under 21 . we just got the i30 approve last week ( it took around 4 years ) now , my question is , whats next?? will i get my work permit? and what the wait time
Couple things. One, you can't apply for EAD since there is no pending AOS. That won't happen until your case becomes current. Also, your dad can't apply for citizenship for another 2 years.
You won't be able to apply for AOS as an unmarried child under 21 by the time things are in place. Being here you are wasting your time. You won't ever being able to get an EAD and will not be able to adjust status with your family.

A reality check is in order here once again. The OP needs to go home and wait for his preference to be current - a 3/10 year bar on his return will kick in if he does so. But preservation of self interest is the better part of valor always, hence his best bet is to "stay put" than take the gambit. Multiply his case a multi-million fold thanks to IIRIRA 96's 3/10 year bars. That instead of locking them out, they're being locked in. Yes, indeed, what a country!
"The letter of the law is a sword that killeth; its intent is a spirit that giveth life." (Justice Holmes on 3 Cor 3:6)
The better question perhaps is, are you eligible to receive a visa? You must consult with an immigration practitioner who could best analyze your case.

Hay, you are waiting for something that isn't going to come. When your dad is a citizen you will have aged out and not be eligible anymore. No visa will be available, period.
One more time. You have to be under 21 at the time your father applies for your AOS. He has to be a citizen first. He won't be able to apply for another 2 years. Then there is the waiting period for his naturalization. All together you're looking at a minimum of 3 years or longer. You'll be 22 by then, aged out, and no longer eligible.
If you want a green card and not be subject to a 10 year ban. It is a 10 year ban since you are in country for over a year past the age of 18. Your only option is to hang out at Walmart and offer to marry one of those 300lb heifers grazing the candy aisles.

No one is locked in. Free to go at any time. No persecution for leaving. Just asking for respect of our sovereignty is all. Or is that too much to ask? BTW, selfish behavior is not the better part of valor. Valor is best exemplified by interest in the greater good. Otherwise, why would anyone defend this country?
