i thin k both r important,,but my personal openion,,the before ones are more important,,bcoz like i said anybody can prove relation now,,with fake documents,,but not any body can show evidence from 2 0r 3 years ago,,

That's what i thought Mike, it's hard to show evidence from some 3 years back IF the marriage is fake so i guess that's extremely important too.

now iam very freaking mad,,i called an attorney today and he said the eoir-29 that u have sent is the wrong form,,he said they missed up,bcoz the eoir-29 is when the court make a decision of the denil in the court,,but i was suppose to file the i-290b at the local office and the ooa or whatever ther name is r the one will process it in the local ofice ,,not the BIA,,and its alot faster,,he said the i290b will be processed whithin 2 weeks instead of 9 oe 12 months in the BIA,,,stupid a s s h o l e s ,,they didnt tell me nothing about which form in the denial letter,,and the fee doesn't matter,,bcoz they changed the fees anyway

Mike, I’m sorry to hear about your sad story. look Man, what I’d like to advice you is please just hire a smart lawyer who has already handled lots of cases like now you have, and go for an Appeal. They have given you a chance to appeal that’s a green light the Jesus has given you.
