It was transfered from CSC on July 24 2007 and i was wondering if the local office got the case but on Oct 3rd they sent me a letter saying that my lawyer called about my Change of Address and they updated it in my file.My lawyer called on Aug 28th and they just sent me this letter am wondering if they are working on it ?.

it will take a little while ,,the local offices are very slow on thoes kind of interviews,,specially when it get sent back from the sc,,just hang in there and iam sure it will hear from there soon,,just make sure ,,any document u send to them to have a copy of it,just like what happen with me,,i sent them alotttttttt of things that they didnr mention on ther answer,,so they claim they never recieved it,,bcoz ther idiots and they lose things all the times

Does anybody know if being under 18 years old when the apparent "false statement regarding U.S. Citizenship" is ground for appealing a Visa denial? My wife had just turned 17 when she supposedly made this statement that she's a citizen. The supervisor at the consulate in Juarez said it didn't matter that she was a minor. He said that if the person is 14 or maybe even 15, that there is some discretion but if they are 16 or oler it's the same as an adult.

just read yur denial of i-130/and package.

USCIS does not believe the marriage union to be genuine based on the evidence that you sent them.

It was denied because according to you all the evidence that was sent to them was prior to the marriage. there is no evidence since the marriage ceremony that will define the marriage.

YOu should not have sent stuff before the marriage.. only items that pertain till after you got married. which is nothing. you do not live together ... you gave too much information about your situation when you filed. YOu should have just stuck to filing out the application and provided evidences of the marriage. If you had credit cards, only have sent them statements after the marriage, stuffs like that. NEVER never should have enclosed letters telling them the story. , not used mexico anything.....

What items did uscis specifically ask for after you did the filing. i believe they asked for the affidavit of support i-864 which you did not send. a reason alone to deny adj of status.



How did you think you were going to be able to get interviewed for the greencard anyway? you are in mexico illegally. idiot lawyer.. biggest idiot. If you cannot make interview, petition would have been denied. everything that could possibly have gone wrong ... did.

well first let me tell u this,everything they claim is a lie,,here is what happen,,first we filed the i-130 in jan ok,,with nothing,,no marriage licence ,,no g-325a,no divorce papers ,,nothing at all,,bcoz i was advised by same idiot lawyer not to send anything,,ok,,later on 3 months later we send a supplement and we sent everything they need ,,photos,marriage certifecate,,divorced papers,,g-325a,ctizen certeficate for my wife,,birth certifecates,,everything should go with the i-130,,later they send us a letter saying that they recieved it and they dont need nothing else,,2 months ago,we recieved a letter saying the case was transferm from the csc to the local office ok?so we waited and a month ago we recieved a letter from the local office saying they recieved the file and for us tsend then any documents to show that we have a valid marriage,,and thats it,,they didnt request anything ,,that was it,,exactly says any documents to show a valid marriage ,,so we did??????we respond and we send them everything i post it up there and at the end they denied it?and also we sent things that they didnt mentioned?so we fallow every step on the letter and they still denied it?so i dont c where did we screwed up?
