Does it even matter what state a marraige is in (legal seperation, or otherwise) when it comes down to getting the conditions removed at a 751 interview?

Basically I am asking, as long as we can prove bona fide marriage ( I think I can prove this beyond any reasonable doubt) made in good faith will my wife be approved?
