During family discussion, I have come to know that U.S. Citizen father had file I-130 some time in 2000, which was approved in Jan.3rd/04 07, by Jan 015,07 file I-485 for AOS as instructed by the uscis finger printed April, 07, Interview on Oct. 6, 2007.
After the interview the Officer Said that she can not make her dission pending FBI report.

Can they file for employment authorization since the case is pending.
