I was issued green card in Nov 1999. Subsequently I applied for a re-entry permit and it was issued to me in Jan 2000. But, I never used it and it expired in Jan 2002. Can I aaply for naturalization in Nov 2004 because I will complete my five years'stay in the US at that time ? Please advise me on this matter. Thanks
