Can you explain a bit more about your situation? Did you meet your husband in the US or Egypt? If in the US, was he deported? Or given voluntary departure? What is the nature of his being unable to adjust status without a hardship waiver?
To be honest, I think your hardship letter is a bit too emotional. It's okay to include some emotion, but what they really want to read are concise facts of why you cannot live with your husband in Egypt.
I was going to refer you to immigrate2us, but I see you already found it.
Also, when submitting this to the embassy, please break your paragraphs up. It is very difficult to read when there is no spacing.

Need to identify who everyone is first off. The daughter has who as a father? Your first husband? If that is true then why are you subjecting your daughter to abuse? She should be with her father who can insure she does get a proper education, medical treatment, and isn't in fear of being raped by those animals. That should have been done as soon as it became apparent she wouldn't be able to attend proper school. If not possible then that should be documented completely.
The point of an I-601 waiver, assuming that is what this is in reference to is to show extreme hardship to a USC by the absence of the intending immigrant. For the most part the USCs mentioned should be relatives to the individual. Step kids generally don't carry much weight unless it is well documented.
Worst part of all is you are not here. These are often ignored if the USC is in the immigrants country. You need to come home and make your case as to why your husband should be allowed to return here.

Based on what you wrote. It looks as though you're subjecting a USC to cruel conditions in an effort to pressure USCIS into granting a hardship waiver for a situation you created for just that purpose.
