Why Don't You Do That For Me? For You All Fraudsters Exposing The Truth Is Ranting. The Links Above Are Pertaining To The Continuation Of Thread Responses. Safadinho Posted A Personal Experience To The OP And I Backed It Up News Story. It Is That Simple. Can't Digest The Truth?

How can you expect new OP to get your messages.
if you don't create a thread and put info on it everyday to push it up.

Some here are New , some come and go.They won't scroll every thread.

Why don't you do it right???
Don't you have any coustesy to follow a simple forum procedure?

This is actually a very good idea. Like the world news thread that gets new additions to it from time to time. It would probably be noticed by a new individual looking for answers.

You voted democrat. This country is not worth sneaking into any more.

I respect Davdah and will take his suggestions into consideration. He is the only one on the forum seeing our view point, feeling our pain.

It is a good idea to post elsewhere. We should be organised about it, as to not waste energy. The battle it tough enough the way it is without us arguing or with redundant efforts. Our egos are not nearly as important as the lives of others in need. As I have stated already, some US citizen men in this type of situation end up taking their own lives because they feel there is no way out. I was almost there myself. It feels so utterly hopeless. Now I am not hopeless, I am angry. I am one person, but I refuse to shut up. I have seen how the DAs lie, cheat, and commit their own crimes, trying to justify it all as serving the greater good, when all they really want is the federal VAWA funding.

In my personal case, Denver ADA Mikalia Smith did everything she could to stop my ex's friend from testifying...this friend helped her plan the fraud, instructed her exactly what she needed to have to get permanent residency, including a letter from the DA showing I was being prosecuted for DV, etc. When this girl knew she was cornered, and that she would have to testify or go to jail, she turned and gave my ex up. the case was dismissed, but NOTHING happened to my ex. No charges against her, nothing...except receiving permanent residency.

Thaks.

It is my understanding you cannot sue as it will fall within the context of marital tort claims. Even within that, it is hard to obtain any judgment as most don't fly depending on the state you live in.

If Some of these things changed within our system, Fraudsters wouldn't Even attempt It!!! If Other parts of the family are involved? Can Sue Them First. Then Do the Divorce Wink

Most Fraud I Have Seen Includes At least One other Person Involved in some way. Family, Boyfriend, Etc.

Should you get a divorce/annulment first, then file a lawsuit? Any other ways?

I hope any reasonable judge would see I would never have filled out a 10 year financial support form if I knew what she was doing when I was away working. She is living with him now, he is paying all her legal fees. I am at the $8,000 mark and only going up on my lawyer fees. Any chance I can somehow recover this amazing amount of money? This is really getting out of hand, I wish she would just leave me alone!!!

My friend wrote to USCIS and withdraw I-864 too, never get an acknowledgement from USCIS. I-485 still penging!! How long does it take USCIS response? His letter has been over 7 months. His withdraw form does has an immigration officer's signature at the local USCIS office though.
