The new bill - which has been tabled for now, was not a family friendly bill at all. Google for Immigration Reform Bill 2007 - you can read it for yourself. It actually called for a reduction in the amount of family visas which I personally think is absurd.
God Bless America and everyone else!

Mike, Do you have an attorney??? It may be helpful to consult an American attorney that is in relative proximity of Mexico. It sounds like you need more help than can be given here on this forum. (An attorney will not insult you either).

hi ,,well my wife called the congress man office and she talked to someone there and she said that they were very helpfull to her,,and she explain the setuation to them and they called someone at the immigration and they pulled my records,,and she advised my wife to apply for me for an(humanetarian visa)?or whatever u called it? said that the ppl at the immigration after they rivew my records they told her that i wasn't deported or anything and the charges were dissmised,,so they dont have any grounds againts me,,so they told her which the the lady work for the congress man ,to tell me to apply for that visa thing and this will allowed me to enter the u.s and wait the approval of the i-130 and the i-129f in the u.s??????????but she didnt give me much of information about this visa?so how long does it take to obtain this visa? and can i process in tijuana or it has to in juarez where they process the immigrant visas?does anybody ever got this visa before the i-130 gets proved?i called some but he was bust to talk to me,,the only thing that he said is to get the i-130 prove first and then get this visa thing ?but the congress office advised my wife to apply for this before the approval?and number two is- we find out my wife and i that we didnt send all the documents to the immigration and we know that they r going to request the documents?so we want's to save time,,can we send the missing papers to them before they ask for them?we didnt send pic and we didnt put the divorced paper when we apply for both i-13 and the i-129f...and not even the g-325a or the marriage,,another word we just sent the forms only..............and that was based on some stupid lawyer advise back then,,,,and if we do send them,,r they ganna put them in my file or they wont ?and thank u for reading

My guess is the the Congressional Staffer spoke to someone on the misinformaton line.
Sounds like Humanitarian Parole, no idea how you would qualify for it.
You should get a RFE for anything missing.
As your command of the English Language is limited, and I am guessing yor wife's is as well, I would strongly advise using a competent lawyer, see my earlier ecommendation.

OK clowns let me interrpret this gibberish for you. He was NOT deported to Mexico. He was not eligible to adjust status unless he was remained outside the US for 2 years because he was in removal proceedings. He could have gone to ANY country for 2 years including the terrorist state he came from. OK? We got that? So now he applied for the I-751 and could not prove the bonaides of the marriage. This raises a presumption of marriage fruad. He should have refiled the I-751 after the divorce. I don't know why you grints constantly get tripped up with the removal of conditions. Why even commit marriage fraud to begin with? So dumb.
