I filed a I-130 in feb.2006 for my husband and was approved in 30 days. But then we has to send all the info that they need. Then in Feb. 2007 they recieved his file and they are viewing everything. They said give them 180 days to find out what's going on. It's way past that. Since june every 30 days I have been calling to see what's going on. They tell me give them 30 days, then the next 45 days. How many more days do I have to wait? Who else can I call to help me?

Who is "They" in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th sentence?

I am trying to figure out who are you dealing with. Is your husband adjusting status in USA or going through consular processing?

Is your husband illegal or undocumented?

If he is undocumented (no visa) now they know where he is.

Have to give us more accurate facts and not focusing on 30 60 180 days.

is he in this country etc. legal or not what type of other papers you sent.
