I hope everything will turn out ok, bentonasia. I just hate people that stereotype everybody, I bet there are bad people everywhere, so who gives a **** what a wanna be cowboy says? It doesnt matter how you look or what your job is, if you are in love with someone youre in love, thats it. I think there should be rules if you have a long criminal history, but just because there is much fraud in a country isnt reason enough to generalize.

ok someone12 I am not a cow and can get anyone I want but, I realy love him and him I. I have not said I met him on the net.I did not!!! We did NOT meet online. We met through a friend of mineI understand and know what you are saying and truly i know about scam, 419 and mumu's from Nigeria. I was a member of the group romance scams from Yahoo and I myself have scam baited some stupid idiots from there. So you see this is not some greencard scam or anything of the such. I actually have Nigerian friends here and they advise me and I have met their families there and they have met my fiancee . The Nigerian people I know here are for sure not scammers and are very good people. They have good jobs and are very respectable.I can feel you on illegal immigrants and how it makes it difficult for good people who are really trying. It pisses me off too because It makes it more difficult for people like myself who are for real and who have met a really good sincere person.I know that consular interviewers have a difficult job, but Lagos is a hard post the interviewers dont always follow the rules ask any lawyer who has dealt with them. Even my lawyer has said that they can have a bad day abd could be devious. I know that a certain congressman I talked to even has said that the consulate office in Lagos can be ....well lets say hard to deal with. They are supposed to follow the law but come on some politicians here dont even do that. I know you know it and you cant lie and say you dont.I am not like you a republican I am a democrat and I dont like them reform because I believe everyone should have a chance even before I met my fiance. Hell my greatgrand father was french canadian. My dad was half spainiard. Most people here came from over seas....your *** did or your great grandparents. So let me tell you My fiancee would not be a public charge and he is not a lazy man so what is wrong with that. We are good people. He has a good catholic upbringing and comes from a very good family. thay are not poor and come from A GOOD SURNAME. tell me how can you say we are a fraud? Do you know me personally? Have you met me? My fiancee? My kids? His family? How do you know what the situation could be. You dont so Judge least YOU BE JUDGED because you will....I pray God show his glory in your life and that he show you what love is because I dont think you know LOVE. Some of us are for real and are not scammed and know that it is not easy. Let me ask you have you ever cried because the woman you are truly in love with had to walk away from you and you dont know when you may see her again? Have you? Have you ever felt like your heart was ripped out because you were denied something? Have you ever been disappointed so much it makes you feel like you just want to die? Well welcome to my fiances world. He has cried over this more than I. So dont judge him because he is a human being too and he has emotions and has a heart just like the next one. That is why I get so defensive I know how it is to see him cry and I know how emotional he gets. He is one of the real ones and he is not a scammer and I am not a maga to him. To him I am his wife and his life.I know people who met online and who are here for all the wrong reasons and it is crazy. I know they are just biding there time. I have even met some of the stupid yahoo boys online and trust me I dont fall easily to their stupid games. I know what they want. I cant give that to them. Some of them know I have a Nigerian fiance and they still try and talk to me and get to know me. I tell them to F!@K off you mumu. So you see that is why I get hatefull when you insult my baby. He is not a fraud and he is very wise to these dam yahoo boys, scams and all of that. Yes there are christians in Nigeria. Not all of these people are scammers. I should know I have been there Have you?

Thanks lilibet. You are correct. Unfortunately society judges even when the same thing happens here in the US. I know because it happened to me here. Some how someone got my credit card info offline and charged stuff to my account. I canceled it as soon as I noticed it but you see we have just as many scammers here as anywhere.Go figure!!!!

Someone 12 sorry for all the mis-spells I am sitting back drinking a guiness stout and enjoying my day off. I didnt spell check so I reread after I sent and it is messy. Really I am a cool person and am down to earth and I love everyone. I just cant tolerate people who cant show a positive nature. I know you probaly are trying to protect my well being and inform me of these scams but I am aware. So is he and he has advised me just as you have and trust me he gets just as mad if I even chat online with these idiots. He is so protective and doesnt want me to have anything to do with these scammers he knows I will send them F@#ked up messages and warn them about their 419 SH@T. I dont tolerate them at all. I even do it to the ones here. Scam has caused grief to alot of people and I wish they would be smarter about it so as to not fall prey to the stupid people who do scam. Dont worry God will Judge them as well and they reap what they sow, trust me.

betonasia: if you look over your first posting, very little of what you just said is apparent -- instead, you went off on some consular official....and, like I told SpGirl07, if some consular official strolled into your hospital and started telling you how to do your job, well....wouldn't you be curious as to how this person supposedly knows sooo much about your job?
As to the responsiveness to Congress, once again, the consular folks are trying to weed out the scammers...and there is no shortage of them in Nigeria. The Congressmen only want them to issue a visa without regard to the legitimacy of the transaction...and the consular folks are under no obligation to do so....Congress cannot tell them which visas to grant and which to deny,,,and just because some constituent says something does not make it true....no matter what that person's background, level of education or religion....so I'm guessing that the consular officials are instead making as sure as they can that everything is above board and not buying off on every complaint they hear...and with a fraud rate that is off the charts, who can blame them? And as to what some immigration attorney says about them, who cares? Those greedy charlatans are only interested in the money and they are unhappy because they have NO power over the consular officials...none...zero...so their opinion is worth less than six week old cat litter.

friends are nigerians, very decent and rich actually.They helped my brother and our family a great deal when it comes to employment.

Does anyone else have any suggestions as to how I can fight this review /revocation? What can be done or should be done to help show that I am for real and not a scam or whatever you want to call it.

Hired a big wig immigration attornet to review my case and advise but sometimes its easier if someone has gone through the same thing and had good results. Well I hope you are getting through and who knows you may win one day...the lottery that is. $1,000,000 sounds good.

hey benonasia -- ask your "big wig" attorney to show you, in writing, in our laws, where it says that if some immigration attorney says something about a case, it must be accepted as the gospel truth....or, where it says that an immigration attorney can intervene legally in the visa adjudication process...go ahead....ask him (or her)...and about your "christian' behavior, well, calling people pompous *** doesn't seem too christian to me....but then, like most self-appointed christians, your hypocrisy shines through....

Well I have recieved my answer by a real attorney on this forum...u see some really want to help not hender.
