Hello, if I marry to some one with green card while I am here in the USA legally...how long does it take to get my work permit ?

The application for EAD takes about 90 days... plus the five years you will have to wait before you will be able to file it.

If you mess up your application for the work permit, it could take you several months to get the EAD.
