I have just married an illegal immigrant. Since there is no longer a i245 is there anything that we can do to get him a green card? If so what?
Is there any point in filing the forms with the INS (Bio Info, and petition for alien relative)?

As far as I know, if he came in illegaly there's not much you can do. Don't file anything cuz he'll just get deported.

By illegal, do you mean entered illegally or overstayed his visa?

If he entered without inspection, ie illegally, there is nothing you can do.

If he overstayed, he can probably adjust.
