I just moved from KY to TX few months ago. My priority date has just become current and supposedly I can file my I-485 in Jan 2005. My I-130 was filed from KY. Could someone shed light on which geographical region is fastest in processing AOS cases. My move is still temporary. Thanks

Hello Hope

SEattle Washington is very quick
Baltimore, Maryland/East Coast using Vermont S Center are fairly quick. 6 months in general

Only thing holding back time periods are the long wait on background checks

Good lUck.

Dont choose Orlando/tampa area in Florida .. Aos was taking up to 3 years.

Dallas is one of the fastest since it has the Pilot Program in place - 90 days.

Thank you sphyrapicus3 & 4now2
Can you or anyone tell me what is the jurisdiction of Dallas district office. Is this 90 days pilot program applicable to Dallas residents only or anyone living in Texas?

Ok I found the following areas in TX covered under Dallas District office.

Service Area:
The Dallas District Office serves all of Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving, North Central Texas (Panhandle and North of Waco). The following counties in Texas: Anderson, Andrews, Archer, Armstrong, Bailey, Baylor, Borden, Bosque, Bowie, Briscoe, Callahan, Camp, Carson, Cass, Castro, Cherokee, Childress, Clay, Cochran, Collin, Collingsworth, Comanche, Cooke, Cottle, Crosby, Dallam, Dallas, Dawson, Deaf Smith, Delta, Denton, ****ens, Donley, Eastland, Ellis, Erath, Fannin, Fisher, Floyd, Foard, Franklin, Freestone, Gaines, Garza, Gray, Grayson, Gregg, Hale, Hall, Hamilton, Hansford, Hardeman, Harison, Hartley, Haskell, Hemphill, Henderson, Hill, Hockley, Hood, Hopkins, Houston, Howard, Hunt, Hutchinson, Jack, Johnson, Jones, Kaufman, Kent, King, Knox, Lamar, Lamb, Leon, Limestone, Lipscomb, Lubbock, Lynn, Marion, Martin, Mitchell, Montague, Moore, Morris, Motley, Navarro, Nolan, Ochiltree, Oldham, Palo Pinto, Panola, Parker, Parmer, Potter, Rains, Randall, Red River, Roberts, Rockwall, Rusk, Scurry, Shackelford, Sherman, Smith, Somervell, Stephens, Stonewall, Swisher, Tarrant, Taylor, Terry, Throckmorton, Titus, Upshur, Van Zandt, Wheeler, Wichita, Willbarger, Wise, Wood, Yoakum, and Young.

So my questions is , for example if i reside in Leon county, it means I should be eligible to participate in 90 days pilot program. Can any one confrim this?
