I need to know how does the USCIS determine fraud in a marriage,especially if the person is a conditional resident who is divorced from his or her spouse?

You need to have evidence that the marriage was bona fide - joint bank accounts, bills in both names, tax returns filed together, etc.

It appears though Omni is seeking a way to bypass the system. By giving the information on patterns and hidden things USCIS looks to determine the fraud, Omni is trying to cover those to make it look like the marriage was not fraud.
