I have an Adjustment of Status pending and I recently got my EAD card for which I was fingerprinted. I was asked for my index finger I thought it was all fingers as in fingerprinting right? Hope they did not forget to take the prints of rest of my fingers. Is this normal just to take fingerprints of just one finger?

Yes, this is a normal thing to take print of only index finger which will be shown on EAD and GC.
