Just a trivia... Egyptians are not ARABS in the real sense of the word. They are AFRICANS by virtue of their civilization, history, and geography. It just so happened that they have adopted Islam, the Arabic language, and due to the most recent invasion by Arabs from whom they embraced their present-day influences. But Egypt and Egyptians will always have their own unique template in human history for having one of oldest civilizations dating back 7000 years ago.

Whoever claimed purity? Me? When and where? Let me tell you something. Anyone who claims to be pure adds up another plank to his/her impure being by making that single claim. Prove it, Tiger.

Yes that's true, Egyptians are very mixed as far as race, religion and national origin are concerned. There are a lot of Arabs that believe in Islam in Egypt, as much as there are Christians today. I am not sure which one prevails.
Not all Arabs come from Arabia. Smile

Missed again and did it again all in one post. Ok, to use some of what you wrote. Do those planks apply equally when the accusation is wrongly made? From where does the right to make it originate? May I? Oh its so tempting. To use an animal descriptor. How about frog? Big mouth, no thought.

Sorry to say, yeah, that's exactly it. Longevity coupled with modesty and reason in posting deserves privilage... ehe! privilege to claim exception from the "big mouth" charge! Time and figures don't lie. I'll spare the quality factor this time. No, I won't suggest that those 2k-something posts amounted to zero point zero value. Nothing more. Prove me wrong, Tiger.

So don't "bother" to use this analogy again.

On my way home, I grabbed a pack of popcorn because I didn't expect these exchanges to be any different from before. Yes, it's "boring" in the real sense of the word as far as I'm concerned.

See ya, Mr. Utterly Strong Back.

Just gets deeper. Sorry to be the one to tell you this but there is no privilege. You are merely a participant. With no more rights or privileges than me or the person who joined today with one post. Sorry if that bruised your ego but its the truth.

That virtual tag 'Power member' along with a couple $$ will buy you a Starbucks. If that was what you were basing the imagined privilege on. From that I would have to question what your actual thoughts are towards immigrants. Should they be allowed the same privileges as you on day one of their arrival? I guess not. Now who is the bigot?

But let me be the one to tell you this, Tiger. Privileges are not always being offered, most of the time they're being claimed!

The rest of your points in the post just don't connect. I don't need your generosity to give me any privilege on how to think. I have been very consistent with my position on the raging immigration debate. Address the problem comprehensively not for anyone's particular benefit, but for the nation's. Because going on with the mess that we have now doesn't benefit anybody.

I think your confusing rights and privileges. A privilege is bestowed onto an individual by someone or something. There is no such benefit available on this site. I don't recall seeing Sam or whom ever runs this board saying that anyone has the ability to lay claim to any entitlement. You can't just say I want it and therefor am entitled. This isn't divorce court. Its the public court of opinion.

Before retreating to the safety of the immigration debate lets not forget. You did start with the name calling and slight of hand comments. Totally unnecessary, unearned and corroding any credibility.

You're the one who's confused, Mr. Utterly Strong Back. Let me repeat what privilage... ehe! privilege I'm claiming. IT'S THE EXCEPTION FROM YOUR "BIG MOUTH" ANALOGY, that's all. No need to spread your nonsense to the site management.

Back up a little bit, Tiger. Who made the connection (or the disconnect) between our discussion about big mouth, privilege, and immigration?

You're the one who made this statement earlier today at 9:50 PM: "From that I would have to question what your actual thoughts are towards immigrants. Should they be allowed the same privileges as you on day one of their arrival? I guess not. Now who is the bigot?"

To which I responded with this at 10:00 PM: I have been very consistent with my position on the raging immigration debate. Address the problem comprehensively not for anyone's particular benefit, but for the nation's. Because going on with the mess that we have now doesn't benefit anybody.

Oops! Now tell me, who's "retreating to the safety of immigration debate?" Why should I be surprised, you're the spinner not me?

Now its 'Utterly'. Someone needs their meds, the yelling. No nonsense is given or implied. Just an inability to follow my pattern it seems. So, even limiting to animals. Tiger with its small head and strong back is ok, but frog is not. I can call you names but no retaliation permitted. I'm privileged! I've been here longer, remeber that? That is where I made the connection to immigration. As it applies to personal dealings. Or, the level of true tolerance can be measured in how a person carries a disagreement. To what extent will a person use restraint before resorting to hostility. Just my opinion and observation. Tolerance to difference is a requisite to accepting the immigrant, isn't it? How many of your employees are tigers?

And now for a real tiger!

What can I do, Tiger? When I call you tiger, am I not justified? Uhh! I could almost feel the seething anger and thumping keys resounding on your post. Haha! When you gave me the 'frog with big mouth, no thought' analogy, it's dead on arrival because I could easily abort it, with an undeniable proof. Remember: time and figures you being more talkative compared to me. Whereas, you sputtered left and right of me to stage an honorable offense. But you didn't succeed, sorry, you can't. And what else to expect? Again, your trademark "picture" tactic. You're so mediocre even in trying to be silly.

LMAO, where is that picture of that guy banging his head against keyboard until he's just a pool of blood, when I need it?

Davdah and Hudson are something, aren't they. They both think so highly of themselves but in reality they are like the Wizard of Oz trembling behind the big throne afraid to be busted and ridiculed.
Well, we've got you two figured out spin and twist masters.

AND THIS TOPS THE CAKE FOR THE NIGHT:

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Voters in two Vermont towns on Tuesday approved a measure that would instruct police to arrest President George W. Bush and Vice President **** Cheney for "crimes against our Constitution," local media reported.

The nonbinding, symbolic measure, passed in Brattleboro and Marlboro in a state known for taking liberal positions on national issues, instructs town police to "extradite them to other authorities that may reasonably contend to prosecute them."

Vermont, home to maple syrup and picture-postcard views, is known for its liberal politics.

State lawmakers have passed nonbinding resolutions to end the war in Iraq and impeach Bush and Cheney, and several towns have also passed resolutions of impeachment. None of them have caught on in Washington.

Bush has never visited the state as president, though he has spent vacations at his family compound in nearby Maine.

Roughly 12,000 people live in Brattleboro, located on the Connecticut River in the state's southeastern corner. Nearby Marlboro has a population of roughly 1,000.

Talkative yes, seething anger? You wish.(lol). If you believe this level of antagonism has any affect beyond a chuckle your in for a disappointment. Who was banging away in upper case to imply yelling? Not I.

No, true mediocrity is evident by the name calling and lack of defense. And you think your justified, how? And still think your honorable in doing it? The arrogance and lack of humility are astounding. But not surprising.

What is funny is your analogy of the tiger. Strong back and small head. You know what that sounds like? Like the common thought towards illegal field workers you claim to hold so dear. Or I should say give appearance that you do. You displayed your colors a while back when you openly admitted to how you view your workers. Most of which were immigrants. Nice to have that sort of power over them isn't it. Work slaves, work! If you don't I'll deport you. All tigers aren't they? Immigrants beware of false profits.
