Jeff, I know what the definition is, but how you apply that definition varies greatly in real life experiences.

So, what was so wrong with your country, Jeff? Why did you decide to immigrate to the US? It is the worst hypocracy for immigrants to snub their noses at others looking for similar opportunities. I'd prefer to allow more people in my country who appreciate and accept that we are a nation of immigrants than the likes of you.
