Can Any one guide me what is the proof of service in BIA appeal process ?, How to make the proof of service?

Basically you have to type out a certificate of service which indicates that you served your appeal on the INS trial attorney and indicate what date you served it on them. By serving all you have to do is mail it to the INS office, attention distrct counsel

Thank you for Info, is the certificate by the person who is appealling OR by the someone else who is delivering/mailing?
their will be another proof (mailing receipt) etc. Which should be enough I think..
