It's only 'recently' that I divulged my true gender, or where I'm from. Maybe, depends on why the divorce was being persued and whether I-485 was the appropiate course of action. It is because of those facts that can determine if one obtains the GC or not, which form to use, and whether approval or denial is ordained.
