What are the chances of LC getting rejected from Nebraska?

I did my 3years BSc(Comp) graduation+1 year course.
I also have 5+ years of experience.
3 ads are posted.
When my company ready to file for LC, the attorney says "we cannot file because it will get rejected"

Please help me.
Any attorneys also welcome
