What happens if given up?
I have an asylum petition pending, however my boyfriend and I want to get married --He is a U.S. citizen...and he says I don't need the wait for the asylum...My questions are:
What happens to my asylum petition if I marry?
Do I have to inform INS?
Do I have to fill out any forms giving up my petition?
