i submited I130 for my husband when i was a resident after i became a citizen i sent my certificate with my notice of action to vermont to upgrade my case from a PR to citizen ,it has been 2 months already and no respond from the sevice center yet
is this normal ?
does the file number stays the same ?
can i submit the I 129f to chicago for k3 visa using the old notice of action?
i start to panic i didn't see my husband for 2 years and its getting harder and harder
should i contact my congressman?
what should i do now ?,
any help will be apreciated

call them up .speak to someone in person .it `ll take 3-4 months to upgread and approved this case.

i have contacted my senator office to fellow up my case ,
in the meantime can i sent my I 129Ffor K3 VISA to chicago ?does the receipt number for I130)stays the same ??
