My husband is green card holder and I am a natural born American citizen.
His cousin has been here in states for 8 years. She came here without inspection. Her husband has been here for 17 years and is green card holder. When she came she applied for ss number and she received it. She has a Bachelor degree. She is expecting a baby. She has learned that her husband has not sponsored her and she has no status. What can we do to get her status as legal perm resident? Please help, looking your kind response.

Unfortunately, since she entered the US illegally, she won't be able to adjust her status in the US, unless section 245(i) is reinstated... Furthermore, even she was eligible to adjust her status, she would have to wait more than spouses of US citizens... Why doesn't her husband become a US citizen?
