I started my case as asylum,the judge decided
voluntary departure without appeal in 2001.But I did appeal ,my status it was pendent,after 02 years I got married.Then I aplied I-130 ,I 485.

Two things:

1. Did the judge order voluntary departure with an alternate order of deportation?

2. Did you enter the country legally?

Maybe if you post your topic at least 5 more times you will be able to avoid deportation.
