If the BIA makes a decission against me and I decide to appeal the decission since I am in Grand Rapids MI, I am under the 6th Circuit court of appeals?

Is the appeal filed in Cincinatti or it is done in one of the regional offices in Grand Rapids or Detroit?

Does anyone know how long does the Court of appeal take to process Immigration appeals?

Kentucky, Michigan, ohio, Tennesse comes under 6th circuit. If you are living in MIchigan you should file in 6th circuit.

you must file within 30 days of BIA decision.

You have mto file this in the Cincinatti main office or it can be done in the district courts as the courts has bracnhes in GR and detroit
