Hi, I'm back and now know exactly what my fiance is charged with 2 counts of moral turpitude and drug conviction so if anyone was reading my posting 2 days ago I thought it was aggrevated feloney but immigration has not charged him with that but I guess the latter is worse. But his lawyer did have him fill out a cancellation of removal so could someone tell me what his chances are?

Your finace is gone. You have three options expensive legal fight but lets be honest you probably wont succeed. Move to his home country assuming his conviction and eventual deportation do not bar him from bringing you to his home country or split up and you move on with your life. It is brutal but that is the lay of the land
C is a submoron as her submission showed. Her fiance has been charged with three counts in removal hearings, two of which are commission of crimes involving moral turpitude and one drug conviction. The charges are before the immigration court, but the "fiance" has already been convicted of the crimes in a criminal court.
