I'm Canadian and my father is American but I can't yet prove that he is...my mother came back to Canada from the US before she had me and never included his name in the paperwork. I'd like to know if I get in touch with him but he refuses to take a DNA test, can I get a court order forcing him to do so?

Somebody must have an answer for me.....
