MY BROTHER'S i-130 HAS BEEN APPROVED IN 2005. WHAT IS THE NEXT PROCESS?

Need more info to answer this.
What has been filed thus far?
Where is your brother? Etc.

THE ONLY THING WE FILED WAS THE I-130. I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA AND MY BROTHER LIVES IN NORTH CAROLINA...ANY INFO REGARDING WHAT I NEED TO FILE IS APPRECIATED.
P.S. I AM USC

Next step after I-130 approval is to either apply for AOS (if within US and eligible) or to apply abroad at US Consulate for IV (if located abroad or not eligible to apply for adjustment).
Of course, priority date must be current in order to do either.

You can google for priority dates, you can also easily figure out under what category beneficiary is.
