he committed voluntary manslaughter, and he's had is green card since 1986.

The only thing you can do at this point is get a really good lawyer. If he was convicted of manslaughter he won't stand a chance without legal help. You can search for a lawyer through this web site. I did to do research for my company, and we hooked up with a great lawyer who helped us a lot. Lots of luck.
