Appreciate if someone could answer this for my friend. Since my AOS interview was done and now i am waiting to hear about my name check results , he is wondering that, while waiting for his AOS interview call, can he contact FBI to ask about his status of name check???
He is employment based and priority date is 4/03. Case was transfered to the local office 6/04 and he has his 2nd fingerprinting done 11/04.
