The Catholic church has many bones in its closet as do most churches. But that is only because of the people running it. And that is only because we have been given free will. My question to you is .Why should Americans accommodate lawlessness? right off the bat these people break the law by entering illegally ,then run & hide steal from the tax payers in school funding medical bills hit n run accidents, have no respect for the trades in which they work illegally by accepting lower wages in turn drive down the skilled trades in the US.What should be done give OUR the AMERICAN people future away so we can end up like that corrupt **** hole they call Mexico

The law is absurd. How will state actually enforce it? What is "aiding"? Is giving a glass of water enough to imprison me? If my friend overstays accidentally his J-1 for one day and I have no knowledge of that, and I take him for a road trip, did I transport or "smuggle" him then?

God does not necessarily mean the Christian God, Davdah. Look at Greek and Roman Mythology and how they perceived the world and conquered it. There was justification to wage war. Take a look at the Battle of Thermopylae where the oracles of Delphi predicted the doom of King Leonidas. No king of Sparta will wage war without the consent of the oracle. The oracle is the religion of Sparta. Shintoism, Buddhism, Confucianism, Hinduism, and other religions have been used to justify one war or the next. It is not just Catholicism and Gold, Gold, and Glory!

2.And since the usa in your opinion is treating symptoms... lets go one step up and instead of cure .. how about do preventive medicine... How does usa put preventive measures in place for this?

1. The answer to this question is very simple. In Mexico good paying jobs have limited availability and relative good jobs are available in the U.S. In addition to this, the U.S. needs workers and historically we have supplied this demand through immigration, legal or illegal. A Mexican worker has limited chances of immigrating to the U.S. legally so they take the risk. They will come no matter how we try to secure the border unless we elect to use means no civilized peoples would allow.

2.The preventive medecine or measures are not on the border. Oh, yes we can reinforce our borders to the extent that it slows the flow down, but stopping it probably out of our reach considering our morality. Also the cost/result ratio may be prohibitive.
The only sure solution is for Mexico economy io improve enough to make moving less attractive.
We could make it so hard on employers with fines and other penalties for hiring but we will find that this kind of remedy is too detrimental on our economy.
The solution is comprehensive immigration reform which deals with appropriate reform on border enforcement, reforming our numbers we allow to immigrate that is appropriate to the number of workers we need, and to deal fairly and equitably with those 15,000,000 undocumented in our towns and cities that are living law abiding lives and working to make our country better. This means some kind of path to legalization for the good people and a way then to weed out the felons and bad ones and return them to where they came from.
