Hi you kind folks, can someone explain the visa bulletin thing to me? Thanks in advance.

Say my Mom file for me (she's a naturalized American citizen) and I'm in Italy and the paperwork starts in July 2006, how long will that take?

I'm new to this visa thing and would have rather gotten a non-immigrant visa to just go and come and continue my life here in Italy; but they are being bias against foreigners at the Consulate here, so that may be my next choice until I can get married to my Italian beau when his divorce has cleared as per Italian law which will take about 4 more years. Thanks!

As such you can enter US as many times as you wish under VWP (like a Visitor).
You can't stay up to 90 days on each trip.
