212(a)(6)(C)(ii):

"(ii) FALSELY CLAIMING CITIZENSHIP-

(I) IN GENERAL- Any alien who falsely represents, or has falsely represented, himself or herself to be a citizen of the United States for any purpose or benefit under this Act (including section 274A) or any other Federal or State law is inadmissible. ... "

Form I-690 was used to apply for a waiver of that section if filed for adjustment of status only under section 245A or 210.

INA: ACT 245A - ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS OF CERTAIN ENTRANTS BEFORE JANUARY 1, 1982, TO THAT OF PERSON ADMITTED FOR LAWFUL RESIDENCE

INA: ACT 210 - SPECIAL AGRICULTURAL WORKERS

These sections were enacted as an amnesty to illegal aliens in 1986/88 and only apply if you satisfy residency requirements and filed adjustment application in late 80s. As far as I know there's no waiver for that section in current law.

Cheers.
